Trace Moisture Analyzer QMA 2035

The QMA2035 is a precision analyzer for applications such as:

• Quality control for production, storage and processing of most calibration gases and purest gases for electronics and semiconductor industry
• Continuous online monitoring in the laboratory, in clean rooms and other industrial applications
• Measurement of trace moisture in inert gases like argon, helium, krypton, neon, nitrogen and xenon
• Moisture test in corroding and special gases for endowing such as silanes, Cl, HCl, 02, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, air, sulfur hexafluoride, hydrogen.

The gas sensor unit and the processor unit are arranged in seperate housings. This way, the sensor can be placed near to the gas pipes to minimize response time.
